"I have struggled with IBS for at least the past 5 years. It began my freshman year of college and once I had identified my bloat, stomach pain, and fluctuation between bowel movements as being more than your classic stomach ache after a meal that didn’t sit right, I began going to a plethora of doctors. Trying to figure out what was wrong, until I was finally diagnosed with IBS. I was told I just need to watch what I eat and that’s about all I could do... I lived with that answer for a couple of years before it finally became painful and unbearable enough to where I began going back to the doctor telling them this has to be more than IBS.I didn’t know what to eat and I felt like I was eating “healthy” but was still experiencing pain...
